Excellent Communication Skills.  Transparency and openness is very important to me. Being honest with myself and those around me, creates a culture of compassion and respect. My past experiences have equipped me with the skills to communicate with an open mind and an understanding ear, which allows me to grow as a leader.

 
Strong Work Ethic.  I believe in working hard, no matter what hardships may surface, in life. Creating a strong work ethic, has enabled me to accomplish goals, meet deadlines and has opened many doors of opportunity, for perfecting my craft.  

Creative.  ‘Thinking outside of the box’ has been a motto that I’ve embraced over the years. It’s important to encourage creativity in a positive manner, especially when collaborating with other musicians and artists.  

Fun to Work With / Interpersonal Skills.  Establishing a culture where everyone feels free to express their personal ideas is imperative, in creating a comfortable working environment. I enjoy making things fun! Leading by example is the best way to convey and encourage a fun place to work and create.
